Welcome to Thomas A. Edison Elementary

Dear Parents:

The first nine weeks of this school year has been extremely progressive.  We are finally settled with new faculty and staff, new programs, and new procedures for accounting in the cafeteria.

Now that the infrastructure is in place, we will move rapidly ahead with ensuring that standards are taught.  These standards are harder and require more intense instruction for student mastery.

Therefore, please make sure your child is present each day, and homework is completed and returned to the teacher.  When possible, set aside time for your child to read for enjoyment.

Thank you for your continued support!

Dr. Ronald Powe                  Dr. Rebecca Welch
